Confidentiality Agreement
Trust and confidentiality are crucial in the coaching relationship. Our confidentiality agreement sets clear guidelines on how all information shared during the course, including personal experiences and discussions, will be handled. Please review our confidentiality agreement here:
Use first names only on Zoom. We will send instructions on how to ensure your lap top or device will show first name only.
No recording sessions.
No discussing other people’s story outside of the group.
If you meet someone you recognise in the supermarket, pretend you don’t know them.
It is important that you understand that building the group dynamic is the responsibility of all group members. Members are requested to respect the confidentiality of other group members and must not share anything discussed within the group with members outside of the group.
Groups need time to build trust and community, and it is important that you recognise this.
Group times will be set on a regular day and time each week.
We limit groups to a maximum of 8 members. Sessions are online.
You must ensure that you are in a private, quiet space for the coaching session. This is not only for your benefit, but also for the benefit of other members who can see you on their screens. It is not appropriate to have other people present in the room with you during the call as this compromises confidentiality and is distracting to others.
We do not record group sessions.
